PayPal is our authorized credit card processor and has worked with us for years. While some of the extra steps they take may be cumbersome to the new PayPal user, PayPal's extra procedures actually make them more secure than typical credit card transactions where all that is needed is a name and a number.

The Telecommunications Supersite is a Verified member of PayPal. PayPal has Over 25 million members worldwide! While we can not change your company's corporate policy, we have found most problems with payment by corporate credit card to be lack of information at the facility level. We can help with that, please see "Payment with Corporate credit card".

Payment with Corporate Credit Card:

Some customers have had problems with getting PayPal to approve a corporate credit card during the verification process. The verification problem being the individual facility not knowing their corporate credit card billing address.

To over come this situation, you may chose to enter your individual facility address. PayPal will attempt to confirm the address as the billing address for the corporate billing address. When unsuccessful, click try again. After three times, Paypal will use an alternate method to confirm the credit card is valid. (They will bill a dollar or so to the credit card to see if it goes thru.) A second obstacle may occur from this process. The individual facility may have to call their corporate office to find out how much PayPal credited their account. (As that is PayPals required information for verification that you are authorized to use the card.) Once this is done you will be a member of PayPal but with an unconfirmed address.

You should now be able to make online payments with that credit card. We will see on our end that your address is unconfirmed and will make a decision as to accept your payment or not.

Additional Terms and Conditions

ACCEPTANCE: LOREDEC has final right of acceptance of all orders.

FREIGHT: Shipping charges in this Proposal are an estimate ONLY unless marked “final”. Final shipping charges to be calculated at time of shipment. Risk of loss for product shall pass to Customer at time of shipment. Customer will maintain adequate insurance coverage to provide payment to LOREDEC for the sales price of the product if it is lost.

CANCELLATIONS: In the event of cancellation or revocation by Customer, whether or not in writing, of an order(s), Customer assumes reasonability for payment to LOREDEC of one hundred twenty percent (120%) of the cost of work-in-process. "Work-in-process" is defined as the sum of all materials and direct labor accumulated by LOREDEC between the date of receipt of the order(s) and the date of cancellation or revocation of said order(s). Such payment is payable to LOREDEC and due with thirty (30) days of such cancellation or revocation.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE: 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise (up to 30 days after date of sale net shipping). Sorry, No returns or refunds on merchandise over 30 days or unwrapped software marked as such)

QUOTATIONS: Stenographic and clerical errors are subject to correction. All prices, unless otherwise stated are for immediate acceptance only.

WARRANTY: LOREDEC hereby warrants that all goods furnished by it hereunder shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service; its obligation under this warranty being limited exclusively to making good (replacement, repair, or refund at LOREDEC discretion) and defective part or portion thereof which shall be returned to LOREDEC within ninety (90) days of original delivery and with prior written approval and with the transportation charges prepaid and which its examination shall disclose to the satisfaction to have been thus defective. The warranty is solely offered to the Customer and is non-transferable.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON THE PART OF WHICH NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANYONE LESE TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITY, OR TO GIVE ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR MAKE ANY OTHER REPRESENTATION ON ITS BEHALF IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OR USE OF THE GOODS DELIVERED THEREUNDER.
WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCT SUBJECTED TO MISUSE, ABUSE, NEGLECT OR OTHER CAUSES OR EFFECTS AFTER SHIPMENT TO CUSTOMER.
LIMITED WARRANTY: LOREDEC cannot warrant product's effectiveness or performance on all or any telephone system or carrier.

LIMITATION OF
LIABILITY: LOREDEC shall in no event be liable to Customer for indirect, special, reliance, incidental, punitive or consequential loss or damage of any kind whatsoever and howsoever arising including without limitation that arising out of such claims for breech of representation, warranty or condition, misrepresentation, breach of contract, delay, late delivery, negligence (except negligence resulting or in bodily injury to any person) strict tort liability otherwise. Should LOREDEC be found liable for any claim for loss, damage or expense, its liability shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the item involved. For delays in the delivery, LOREDEC shall have no liability unless the delivery is delayed by more than thirty (30) days by causes not attributable either to Customer or force majeure conditions, in which case Customer shall have the right, as its sole remedy, to cancel the order without incurring cancellation charges.
Any legal action regardless of form or in connection with this Agreement must be brought within two (2) years
